As a complete beginner you would have to start with the foundation course then after 3 months or so you would have enough experience to do the Russian volume training if you so wished The foundation training is held in greater Manchester, Wimslow, or if ur quite local I could come to you for an extra fee. We do the group training at £350 or vip one to one at £500 additional to this u can buy at basic kit for £69 or £170.
